1. Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at lumiauraworld@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

As we operate worldwide dropshipping:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Please allow 1-9 days for returns to be processed after we receive the item

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by us

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Opened skincare or beauty products
  • Items marked as final sale

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on returns. These fees are non-refundable.
